Once a resume is received it is carried forward for a period of five years no longer requiring nomination. At the end of that period the resume can be re-activated merely by another nomination. Each individual whose resume is carried forward will be contacted by Scott Stilwell, Director of Criteria and Process, or Bob Collar, Executive Director, no later than September 15th of that vetting year. They will be given the opportunity to update their resume regarding additional awards, honors, etc. It will be the responsibility of the nominee to make the appropriate copies and return the resume no later than November 30th, the same date as all new nominee resumes must be received.
